Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)
Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
One of the main benefits of multi-camera production is the ability to capture multiple angles simultaneously. Multi-camera production can be more expensive than single-camera production due to the additional equipment and crew required. In this case, footage from multiple cameras can be edited together to create a more polished final product. In addition to camera operators, multi-camera productions often require a separate audio team. Multi-camera production can also require additional lighting equipment to ensure consistent lighting across all cameras. This can be particularly challenging in tight spaces or when multiple cameras are capturing the same subject. This can be a complex piece of equipment that requires a skilled operator to use effectively. In outdoor events, multi-camera production can be used to capture both the performers and the audience. Multi-camera production is an essential tool for modern video production and can create a more engaging and immersive experience for viewers. |
