On August 24, 2019, the motto was -Wir zeitzen jetzt Mal!- This was another event as part of the Mendl Festival with actor Michael Mendl. Beat Toniolo had invited numerous other artists and musicians to this event. The recording of this event was realized with 7 cameras.

High demands and limited financial resources - a difficult combination?

As a rule, it is impossible to realize both at the same time. Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. Current cameras with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type of the latest generation are used. Demanding lighting conditions do not affect the optimal image quality. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts enables the cameras to be controlled remotely and thus contributes to cost savings by minimizing personnel costs.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.

Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. Only through multi-camera video production is it possible to record many areas of the event simultaneously in image and sound. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.

Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. Several hundred TV reports, video reports and reports were produced and broadcast. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. Due to our many experiences, we are able to work for you in almost all topics to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. The time required can be reduced if the video recordings are conversations and interviews without an audience.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
