A homage to music and singing - that was the title of this event as part of the Mendl Festival in Zeitz 2019

In 2019, Beat Toniolo organized the Mendl Festival in Zeitz. Several events were held with the actor Michael Mendl and other artists at various venues in Zeitz. The reading and concert with the title >A Homage to Music and Song< was recorded in this series of events. The video recording and production took place with 7 cameras in UHD/4K. High demands but only a small budget?

This is usually ruled out. Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. Our cameras are the latest generation of the same type with large 1 inch image sensors used. Optimum image quality is ensured even in unfavorable lighting conditions. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts means that the cameras can be operated remotely, which reduces the number of personnel required and thus lowers costs.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video recording of concerts, theater performances and readings ...

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. Remote controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Several hundred TV reports, video reports and reports were produced and broadcast. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Due to our extensive experience, we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on almost any topic.

Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.

Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
