The cultural worker Beat Toniolo was the organizer of the Mendl Festival in Zeitz in 2019. Several events were held together with the actor Michael Mendl. High goals, but only a small budget - a big challenge?

These two things are usually incompatible. However, Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg is the exception to the rule. We use cameras of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Demanding lighting conditions do not affect the optimal image quality. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts enables the cameras to be controlled remotely and thus contributes to cost savings by minimizing personnel costs.

Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.
Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Hundreds of TV contributions and reports were produced and broadcast. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.
Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.
Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.
Manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small quantities

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. The advantage of Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs is that they do not contain any electronic components. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
