Mendl Festival - A homage to music and...

In 2019, Beat Toniolo organized the Mendl Festival in Zeitz. Several events were held together with the actor Michael Mendl. The reading and concert with the title >A Homage to Music and Song< was recorded in this series of events. The video recording and video production took place with 7 cameras in 4K/UHD. These two things are usually not possible at the same time. Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. The cameras we use are the latest generation of the same type with large 1 inch image sensors. Outstanding image quality is achieved in difficult lighting conditions. With programmable motorized pan-tilts, cameras can be controlled remotely, minimizing manpower and enabling cost savings.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg is multi-camera video recording and video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, Strotfjord Film- und Videoproduktionen Magdeburg can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video recording of concerts, theater performances and readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. Remote controlled cameras are used. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

Video reports for television and the Internet

Thanks to many years of activity, we can also draw on a wealth of experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.

Video production of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. The time required can be reduced if the video recordings are conversations and interviews without an audience.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. Memory cards, hard drives and USB sticks are not designed to last forever. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
