Mendl Festival - A homage to music and singing

The cultural worker Beat Toniolo was the organizer of the Mendl Festival in Zeitz in 2019. Several events were held with the actor Michael Mendl and other artists at various venues in Zeitz. The concert with reading entitled >A Homage to Music and Song< was recorded in this series of events. The video recording and production took place with 7 cameras in UHD/4K. For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.

Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Over the years, several hundred video reports and TV features have been researched, filmed, edited and broadcast on television. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Due to our extensive experience, we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on almost any topic.

Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.

Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
